G20, Grandeur & Glory: Delegates visit prominent monuments in Lucknow on an excursion tour

G20 Summit is nearing its conclusion in Lucknow after a grand celebration of affairs illuminating the city. The back-to-back crucial events in the UP capital, namely UPGIS 2023 and G20, have resulted in numerous beautification initiatives where Lucknow's rich culture and heritage have been highlighted throughout.

With the participation of representatives from over 20 countries, the delegates not only witnessed exquisite craftsmanship of ODOP items of various districts as presents but also were escorted to significant monuments in Lucknow.

G20 guests view Lucknow through the lens of its historical glory

Guests visited prominent monuments that the UP capital identifies with as its cultural symbols, like The Residency, Bara Imambara and Rumi Darwaza. On this excursion tour, the delegates also explored the city through the lens of its historical glory and experienced the rich heritage here.

They were also welcomed warmly at the monuments with folk dance and music performances by artistes, thus, offering, a great means of entertainment.

The day ended with G20 delegates watching a scintillating light show at Lucknow's Sachivalaya post dinner at Taj Hotel.
