Looks like 2019 has a lot of awesomeness in store for Lucknow. As per the new excise policy- Noida, Ghaziabad & Agra are all set to get a microbrewery. Green signal for microbrewery in Uttar Pradesh means that good times may soon come for Lucknow as well.

From April, Noida and Ghaziabad will see a whole bunch of microbreweries being set up in the cities. With the new excise policy for this financial year, it has become possible for people to set up these microbreweries and sell locally brewed wheat beer to visitors.

The demand for fresh wheat beer has been substantially increasing in several cities. It would be a welcome change from bottled and sealed beer that is widely available.

The reason that many outlets were awaiting this change was that fresh beer has a more refreshing taste as opposed to the areated bottled beer. They have said that fresh brewed beer is pure, and a more lucrative option than the bottled counterparts. Microbreweries will see a rise in the state due to the excise change.

As of now, outlets have been given a window to set up a microbrewery from April 2019 to March 2020, by which time, they should be on road with their microbreweries. Surely, these will help a lot in increasing sales and business for the outlets.
