IIM Lucknow launches executive program to empower leaders, HR professionals

The Indian Institute of Management-Lucknow, is introducing a series of executive-friendly courses in partnership with Emeritus Learning. Designed for diverse domains, these courses are tailored to empower working professionals with essential skills to excel in their respective careers.

Under this initiative, IIM Lucknow has now launched People Leadership and Strategic HR Management for professionals. Applicants with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant fields and holding a graduation or master's degree will be eligible for admissions under the program.

A specialized 11-month long program for HR professionals and business managers

This specialized course is designed to equip learners with essential skills for effective team management and future leadership roles. Catering to emerging senior HR professionals and ambitious business managers, the program focuses on nurturing influential leaders capable of driving strategic people-centric initiatives.

The program adopts an executive-friendly approach, spanning over a duration of 11 months. Classes will be conducted exclusively online on weekends, offering flexibility to participants. Additionally, a 3-day campus immersion session will conclude the course, providing a hands-on experience.

Participants will also get Alumni status from IIM Lucknow

The learners under this program will be granted 'IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni Status.' This will further provide them access to ongoing alumni updates, invitations to both on-campus and off-campus events, and the opportunity to become a member of local alumni chapters.
