Recognising and understanding the importance of tending to mental well-being at workplace, Indian Institute of Management (IIM Lucknow) has set up a new centre of happiness. As per officials, the centre has been put together in collaboration with US-based Rekhi Foundation.

Through mind labs, this facility will help researchers understand problems related to stress and anxiety, upon which they will further conduct behavioural research to promote happiness.

Metal well-being goes hand-in-hand with work place performance

Our surrounding is filled with several independent factors that have the power to manipulate our moods and work potential. The ability to understand one’s triggers will enable the institute in building a workplace culture that is both inclusive and respectful of all individuals.

This new centre has given the management a unique opportunity to shape the future of organisations and communities.
