Full dress rehearsal for the mega Republic Day parade in Lucknow began on Tuesday. Traffic diversions on the route of the parade have also been issued by the Lucknow Police Commissionerate. The actual parade on 26 Jan, which will start from Bal Sangrahalaya in Charbagh, will end at KD Singh Babu Stadium, passing through Station Road, Hussainganj, Burlington, Vidhan Sabha and Hazratganj.

The sunny Tuesday morning with the sound of men and women alike, marching in elegant uniforms, was only a glimpse of the parade that promises to be a spectacle to behold.
