Cricket fever is set to grip Uttar Pradesh as Lucknow's Ekana Stadium and Kanpur's Green Park prepare to host a high-octane India 'A' vs Australia 'A' clash this September-October. In a historic first, the BCCI has awarded hosting rights to UPCA, with Lucknow's Ekana Stadium staging two four-day matches (potential Test trial) and Kanpur's Green Park hosting three ODIs.

Since hosting its first international match in 2018, Ekana has staged six T20Is, nine ODIs (including five World Cup games), and one Test. It’s also the home of Lucknow Super Giants, with 22 IPL matches held here in the last three seasons.
BCCI Vice President Rajeev Shukla confirmed UPCA’s readiness, promising world-class facilities for 66 players. Meanwhile, Ekana CMD Uday Sinha expects a thrilling contest, with emerging stars from both sides showcasing their talent.
