Lucknow is set to light up with its first-ever "Glow Garden" at Jogger’s Park on Hardoi Road, transforming the space into a night-time spectacle. The ambitious ₹10 crore project was announced after Lucknow Development Authority Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar inspected the Vasant Kunj Scheme location.

The park will showcase glowing shapes and models of trees, birds, flowers, and animals, all illuminated in vibrant lights, creating a magical after-dark experience for visitors.

Glow Garden, fresh fountains, and more coming soon

The innovative garden will feature illuminated models of animals, birds, flowers, and trees bathed in colourful lights, creating a mesmerising spectacle after dark. One section will showcase glowing shapes using the gobo effect through cut-out panels, while stylish bollard lights will add to the ambience.

Beyond the glow garden, the park will receive a complete makeover including an open gym, a yoga hut with sculptures of 12 yoga postures, and an upgraded children's play area with new swings and equipment. The park's five water bodies will be enhanced with fresh fountains, while the damaged 800-meter jogging track will be repaired and raised to prevent waterlogging.

A new northern entrance and upgraded entrance plaza will complete the transformation, making this already-popular spot even more attractive for the thousands of residents who visit daily for exercise and recreation.
