Knocksense Shorts | Covid cases in Lucknow register a fresh spike with 245 reported on Wednesday

All residents have been advised to follow basic Covid protocols like maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, and sanitizing often.

There has been a fresh spike of Covid cases in Lucknow district with a total of 245 fresh cases reported on Wednesday, April 19. Most of the new cases were reported from Chinhat (38), Alambagh (31), Sarojini Nagar (29) and Aliganj (29) areas, while 105 infected have been reported to have recovered in the last 24 hours.

These new cases in the district have taken the total active case tally to 1027 and the Lucknow health administration has advised residents to follow Covid protocols like social distancing and masks, while children and senior citizen have been advised to avoid public places altogether.
