Knocksense Shorts | Gorakhpur-Gomti Nagar Intercity Express to resume from August 15

The train runs through 16 railway stations, offering connectivity to Balrampur, Gonda and Barabanki among others regions.

North Eastern Railways (NER), a division of Indian Railways, announced the resumption the express train service between Gomti Nagar railway station and Gorakhpur railway station. Reportedly, the train service will have no unreserved category.

As per railway officials, the train will start from Gorakhpur on August 15, 2022, and will reach Gomti Nagar on the same day. The Gorakhpur-Gomti Nagar Intercity Express (15081/82) is one of the major trains that runs on this route. Additionally, the train runs via 16 railway stations, offering connectivity to Balrampur, Gonda and Barabanki.

Train no. 15082: Gomti Nagar-Gorakhpur Intercity-Express

  • Date: August 16, 2022

  • Departure: 6:10

  • Arrival: 14:30

The restart of the train service from Gomti Nagar railway station will be a major relief for passengers commuting towards Gorakhpur, Barabanki and Gonda.
