Knocksense Shorts | Lucknow administration imposes section 144 in the city till Jan 10

Attention Lucknowites! Commissionerate Lucknow has now rolled out a districtwide order as per which section 144 restrictions will be in place till January 10. Reportedly, the restrictions have been imposed as precautionary measures to prevent the relapse of Covid-19 infections ahead of various programs and festivals.

As per the order, a cluster of festivals and holidays including Christmas Day on December 25, Guru Govind Singh Jayanti on December 29 and programs associated to New Year 2023 are to be organized on December 31 and January 1. Along with this, various entrance examinations are also to be organized in the UP state capital during the period.
