A new indoor stadium is slated to open its doors for the general public, giving Lucknowites another place to indulge in sports and keep fit. The new centrally air-conditioned indoor stadium in Lucknow will have facilities for a slew of sports including squash, badminton, snooker, skating and volleyball.

The new indoor stadium in Lucknow spreads across an area of 1.30 acre and is built at a stone's throw from Ram Manohar Lohia Law University campus. Furthermore, the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has also begun the process of finding an agency to operate the new sporting facility.
