Now, patients admitted at RML Hospital will have to pay a user charge.

Lucknow's Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital will begin levying user charges for various health services. As per the notice dated September 26, 2022, the user charges will be levied from September 27, 2022.

Reportedly, user charges will be levied for Inpatient Department (IPD), i.e., only in cases where a patient is admitted to the hospital. Additionally, patients will also be charged a certain amount for occupying a bed, based on the number of days on which the service is utilized.

As of now, no information regarding the amount has been shared by the hospital administration. Information regarding user charges can be enquired at the hospital administration.
