Due to the upcoming festivals, the Lucknow police have implemented Section 144 in the city till July 30.

The move has been put in place to maintain law and order during the upcoming festival season, including Shivratri, Hariyali Teej, Moharram and others. In addition to the festivals, several entrance exams are also scheduled to occur in the forthcoming days.

As per the imposed restrictions, gatherings of more than 5 individuals without administrative permission are prohibited. Additionally, the use of drones within a 1 km radius of government buildings is strictly forbidden. Demonstrations or processions are only permitted in designated areas and not elsewhere.
