In a bid to streamline and fully automate the billing process for power consumers in Uttar Pradesh districts, the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has introduced the 'Trust Billing' service. This self-generated power billing tool allows consumers to register their meter readings and generate their bills conveniently through a dedicated website and app.

This approach is anticipated to benefit a total of 3.28 crore power consumers of UP, encompassing both domestic and commercial categories. Accessible post-payment of the current billing cycle, the tool allows power consumers to log in to www.uppclonline.com and autonomously generate their bills by inputting current and previous meter readings along with any necessary comments.

In addition to the website, consumers can utilize the same feature on the UPPCL app, accessible to both iOS and Android users. The generated bill will be available within 24 to 48 hours after inputting the meter readings.
