Knocksense Shorts | UP govt. to levy toll tax on vehicles passing from the Bundelkhand Expressway

The vehicles passing through the Bundelkhand Expressway will soon be required to pay a toll price as per the latest proposal which has been issued by the UP Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA). Reportedly, car passengers will be required to pay ₹610, while a charge of ₹965 will be imposed from light commercial vehicles drivers from the month of April.

Notably, the 296.07 km long expressway connects the Bundelkhand region including districts such as Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Jalaun, Auriya and Etawah to the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
