In a bid to ensure convenience for guests, 250 new toilets have also been constructed at the venue in Vrindavana Yojana, which has a seating capacity of 10,000 people, divided into seven blocks. The government has also deployed 1150 sanitation workers at the venue who will ensure proper waste disposal throughout the three day event.

Furthermore, the capital city is expected to see a lot of VVIP movement and route diversions leading up to and during the GIS-23. However, alternate routes are being prepped to make sure that Lucknowites do not suffer too many hiccups in their daily commute. "Information regarding route diversions will be publicised on social media and in print", a government spokesperson said.
