With the grand consecration ceremony of the Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya taking place today, the entire state is immersed in celebration. In light of this, the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL) has given assurances of uninterrupted electricity supply for the entire state over the next 24 hours.

The temple is scheduled to be open to the public starting from January 23, following the consecration ceremony. Owing to this, UPPCL will further ensure uninterrupted power supply in Ayodhya until January 24. The department authorities have conducted a thorough survey across the city to guarantee this.

The UPPCL headquarters, the Shakti Bhawan building in Lucknow has been adorned with tricolour lighting in anticipation of the upcoming Republic Day.
