Under the Smart City Project, the Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) has developed a one-of-its-kind day care centre for senior citizens in Lucknow. This new centre, spanning 5,000 square feet, is located in Aliganj.

Notably, while the care centre for the elderly is ready, it will become operational in September. At this centre, seniors will be allowed to stay from morning to night. In addition to providing healthy food and music facilities, the centre will offer an in-house library, yoga, and meditation practice for its members.
