After light rainfall brought some relief to the city on Monday, the forecast now promises a few more pleasant days with rain and thunderstorms in Lucknow. With the monsoon set to arrive, rain is expected to intensify in the capital from Wednesday.

According to the meteorological department, the temperature in Lucknow is expected to dip below the 30°C mark from Thursday, June 27. The partly cloudy skies in the capital are expected to become generally cloudy for the next five days, further contributing to the temperature drop.
