Lucknow is set to welcome 'Wellness City' on Sultanpur Road -- a pioneering project, offering 2,000 premium plots as part of an advanced housing scheme. Spanning 1,300 acres and with an estimated investment of ₹1,441.26 crore, this ambitious new project by the Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is expected to be completed within two years.

Key infrastructure features include: wide, well-planned roads, lush green belts, and abundant open spaces, promising a tranquil and eco-friendly living experience.

A city like no other!

Lucknow's new 'Wellness City' will feature top-tier facilities, including a medical college, super speciality hospital, meditation centres, and a dedicated Vipassana Centre, alongside a large commercial space. In a nod to Lucknow's pharmaceutical industry, Aminabad’s medicine market will also be relocated here.

The project is designed with a focus on sustainability, dedicating 17% of the area to greenery, including sprawling parks covering 204 acres. Land acquisition is nearing completion, with farmers receiving generous compensation—double the urban circle rate—and developed plots as part of the agreement.

The LDA promises world-class infrastructure, following international standards and creating a holistic living environment.
