Lucknow is now ready to serve its own chapter with the city’s first-ever Pickleball Premier League. From October 2 to 4 at The Aviyaan, the courts will see high-energy battles between top players, while the rest of the venue transforms into a lifestyle festival with food, shopping, wellness, music and experiences that make you want to stay long after the match ends.

The main attraction, of course, will be the pickleball action, with 10 teams battling it out alongside 20 national-level players who will bring experience, skill and serious competition to the city. A ₹10 lakh prize pool adds extra stakes to every match, but the real highlight goes beyond the scoreboard. For local players, this is a chance to compete in the same space as some of the country’s finest athletes, pick up new techniques, and experience what the sport looks like at a professional level.

Outside the courts, the festival stops pretending it’s just about sport. There’s shopping to get distracted by, food stalls worth skipping a match for, and enough activities to keep both kids and adults occupied without a paddle in sight. Then the evenings take over entirely, As evening arrives, the courts will make way for a different kind of energy. The festival will kick off on October 2 with storytelling by Tape A Tale, followed by a night of jazz and Bollywood-inspired sounds on October 3. The final day, October 4, will turn up the volume with techno and EDM, giving the festival a grand finish.
