Lucknow's Charbagh Railway Station gets massage chair kiosk for convenience of passengers

In an effort to provide an improved travel experience to passengers and offer relaxation, the Northern Railway Division has set up a massage chair kiosk at Lucknow's major Charbagh Railway Station.

Three chairs have been placed inside a kiosk in the station's first-class concourse hall, where travellers receive can relief from exertion and fatigue. All three chairs have different costs and varying massage options for the customer. It was inaugurated by a senior citizen and rail passenger present at the station.

Those who need to make haste but have a couple minutes in hand can avail the normal massage. This takes merely 9 minutes and costs an economical fee of ₹90.

On the other hand, the Zero Gravity massage helps the back of the body and takes 18 minutes, the relaxation massage of lower body lasts 27 minutes and costs ₹270. Moreover, massage of the upper body takes some 36 minutes and costs ₹360.

The initiative can be very helpful for people who are travelling without breaks or for those who would not have the time to rest in order to get rid of the travel exhaustion. The massages meted out are affordable and not very time-consuming, thus, providing a seamless relaxation/rejuvenation experience for passengers.
