In a bid to conserve environment and spread awareness among masses, the prestigious institutes of National Museum of Natural History (NMNH), New Delhi, and State Museum, Lucknow, shook hands.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between the two parties to put in multi-dimensional efforts towards the cause. The efforts will include organising programmes in schools and colleges so that students are educated about nature. Moreover, several exhibitions, seminars, and workshops on biodiversity are slated to take place at the State Museum in the near future.

The overall objective is to spread environment awareness and propagate conservation education amongst the youth of the country.
