The Indian extravaganza continues
Molecule is known to bring a flare of new, a twist of modern to the traditional Indian grub, exemplifying the meaning of progressive cuisine and molecular gastronomy. To liven up our palates and give us a taste of something new, Molecule has come up with a plethora of main course dishes and starters that carry the baton of molecular gastronomy.
From gravy dumplings that are stuffed with familiar exotic flavours, butter chicken mini kulchas to chilli paneer mini samosas, the pub/bar has introduced a number of mouth watering delicacies, which are a definite try for foodies and epicures around the city.
Not just appetisers and starters they have a variety of main course options including dishes such as cooker da kukkad and paneer lababdar! So if you had been searching for something truly desi, the new menu has ample options for you.

What we love the most
Every dish launched with the new menu has a flare of its own, yet there are few that we absolutely adore. The chicken banjara gravy dumplings, butter chicken kulchas and cooker da kukkad will have to top the charts, not forgetting the dark sundae which is a roller coaster of delectable flavours.
We would highly recommend the new menu to those who can never have enough of the bold Indian flavours and great blend of spices.

Knock Knock
The new menu launched by Molecule fills the vacuum that was created because of the absence of familiar dishes, classics that we adore and couldn’t seem to find at posh pubs and bars. We all know that craft cocktails and every LIIT in the world, goes exceptionally well with desi flavours. Molecule has given us exactly what we’ve been waiting for in a bolder, more sophisticated packaging and we love every bit of it!
