Bridging the gender gap in India's emerging cities

The launch event featured notable speakers, including social media influencer Prajakta Koli and MasterChef Pooja Dhingra. The program targets college students and entry-level professionals in various fields, focusing on developing essential soft and digital skills for an increasingly automated workplace.

With its immersive learning approach, including workplace simulations and case studies, the fellowship aims to equip participants with tools for career success. Nanda and Chakrabarty expressed enthusiasm about providing this innovative educational opportunity to ambitious women in Lucknow, encouraging "Lucknow ki Ladkis" to apply.
