Lucknow’s Janeshwar Mishra Park is set to become a hotspot for adventure enthusiasts with a new 15-meter-high multi-activity tower under construction. The facility, near Gate No. 4, will offer thrilling activities like ziplining, sky cycling, rifle shooting, archery, giant swings, and even a roller coaster.

LDA pushes adventure projects across Lucknow

During an inspection on Wednesday, Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar directed officials to complete the 1.5-acre adventure zone within three months. The area will also feature two canteens and improved pathways for better accessibility.

Addressing visitor concerns, Kumar ordered a new footbridge to shorten the route between the Rose Garden and the national flag area. He also reprimanded officials over poor cleanliness and sought a report from the implementing agency.

In another development, LDA is preparing a riverside food court near Marine Drive and testing water sports like jet skiing at Gomti Riverfront. With these upgrades, Lucknow is fast becoming a hub for adventure and recreation.
