If you're a low or middle-income earner in Lucknow dreaming of owning a modern home, your chance just got a little longer. LDA has extended the registration period for its much-awaited Atal Nagar Housing Scheme in the Devpur Para area until December 2, 2025.

Originally open from October 4th to November 21st, the online registration has already received over 4,000 applications. To accommodate more prospective homeowners, the LDA Vice President has granted an extension. So, if you haven’t registered yet, you now have more time to apply. However, don’t delay, registration booklets will only be available for purchase until November 30th.

About the Atal Nagar Housing Scheme

Located in Devpur Para, this scheme is designed to make homeownership a reality. It offers 2,496 thoughtfully designed flats in 15 high-rise towers (12-19 floors). Prospective buyers can choose from 1 BHK and 2 BHK configurations-
