RMLIMS in Lucknow to introduce prepaid payment cards for enhanced patient convenience

Patients will be able to utilize the card for consultation charges, testing fees, treatment expenses and purchasing medicines from the hospital.

Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital in Lucknow, a cornerstone of public healthcare, is transforming the patient experience by introducing prepaid cash cards. This new service will help do away with prolonged queues and delays at counters.

This new initiative was unveiled by Director Prof. Soniya Nityanand, and will offer patients a seamless payment solution. The prepaid cash card is adaptable to patient's tariff preferences and ensures swift payments for consultations, testing, treatment, and medicines within the institute.

The cash card will function akin to metro cards, deducting the amount upon swiping at billing counters. This initiative aims to streamline patient services, alleviating the prolonged queues in the hospital's payment sections.
