A three-day workshop and festival to promote the consumption and cultivation of millets in UP is all set to kick off in Lucknow. The fest with the theme of 'All Things Millet' will begin at Chatori Gali on Friday, October 27, and go on till Sunday, October 29.

Best cuisine and recipes at the fest will be awarded

At the event you'll get to see agricultural experts share insight on millet cultivation, and culinary experts will showcase their delicious millet-based recipes. Furthermore, awards will also be given to the best dishes and cuisine among the many palatable recipes on display during the 3-day food fest in Lucknow.

The dishes on display at the food fest will include recipes of millet, buckwheat, kodo, jowar, sanwa, ramdana, etc. From consumers, farmers, and even culinary experts and hoteliers, this event is aimed at attracting the attention of all stakeholders towards encouraging the usage of millet in the state.
