Say 'I Do' by the river: You can now book Gomti Riverfront in Lucknow for weddings and parties

The Lucknow riverfront can now also hold parties on rent.

Khushbu Kirti

How does the idea of saying 'yes' by the tranquil river sound? Picture tying the knot in a beautiful setting by the mighty Gomti and don't be amazed when we tell you that this can now be a reality. Apart from being the go-to hangout spot for Lucknowites on regular days, the picturesque Gomti Riverfront will now also serve as a wedding venue!

Nothing short of a destination wedding (for those travelling from outside the city, ofc), we don't have to go into the details of how the Riverfront is a perfectly constructed architectural marvel of the 21st century in the city of Nawabs. And now, you choose it as your wedding venue too!

Generating funds for Riverfront's maintenance

Apart from weddings, Lucknow's Gomti Riverfront can also be rented for other celebrations and parties. These steps have been taken in order to generate funds to aid with the security arrangements and maintenance of the huge park. The revenue garnered from this will hence be used for the upkeep of the riverfront.

Moreover, operation of mobile food vans and water bus rides, revenue from parking lots and entry tickets, will continue functioning.

The perfect venue for special occasions

The 16-km-long Gomti Riverfront exudes a very peaceful vibe. And the musical fountains, lavish lush lawns, vivid sculptures along with the traditionally designed domes, enhance the beauty of the riverfront, and make it the prefect setting to get hitched at.
