UP Govt. to NOT impose a lockdown in Lucknow & other UP districts despite Allahabad HC directions

Although the Allahabad High Court has urged the authorities to impose a lockdown till the 26th of April in Lucknow, Kanpur and 4 other districts, the state government has decided to go against the suggestion. But the concerned government officials have stated that irrespective of the lockdown, they will continue implementing stringent steps to ensure that COVID-19 norms are followed.
