Central Health Ministry has issued a high alert for public hospitals in Delhi and UP cities due to scheduled programs till Jan 26. Hence, the medical staff at government medical facilities are restricted from taking leaves during this period.

As per the latest update, medical personnel will be on duty in the hospitals for the next 24 hours. This precautionary measure is in line with Republic Day events, ensuring preparedness for emergency care situations.
