Ashar Group had entered into a development agreement with Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu, wife of the late Bollywood legend, back in March 2016, per reports. The luxurious development, located in Mumbai's most coveted neighbourhood, will feature 19 high-end apartments, including 4- and 5-BHK units with duplex options.
Further, the new museum dedicated to Dilip Kumar is expected to increase its appeal, in the real estate market. It will feature a separate entry for visitors, on the ground floor, for increased accessibility.
Among the sales, a sea-view triplex apartment was purchased by Apco Infratech for ₹155 crore in July 2024. Three additional units were sold at an average rate of ₹1.50 lakh per sq ft to high-net-worth individuals, including chartered accountants and businessmen, with registrations expected by early 2025.
