But now that Indu has joined forces with Mumbai’s very own Ether Atelier, no plans seem better than gorging on its two new ice cream flavours. Launched last week, this collaboration pays tribute to the cherished chocolate flavours of the '90s and here are all the details.

Say hello to the memories of '90s Mahabaleshwar Chocolate Fudge with this handmade chocolate ice cream, packed to the brim with roasted Indian walnuts and chocolate fudge cubes. Topped with crunchy walnut pieces and a salted dark chocolate disk, it delivers a harmonious blend of creamy, crunchy, and savoury.

“Our Mahabaleshwar Walnut Fudge ice cream is a tribute to a cherished classic, reimagined with exquisite single-origin dark chocolate to elevate its nostalgic charm” said Chef Prateek Bakhtiani of The Ether Atelier.

Inspired by the iconic Black Forest cake (a childhood birthday favourite), this is a creamy milk chocolate stracciatella ice cream, that's as delish as it sounds. It features fresh candied black cherries, green fennel, and a salted dark chocolate disk, for a delightful crunch!
