Mumbai experienced its coldest morning of the season on Tuesday, with a temperature of 14.8°C, as reported by IMD's Santacruz Observatory. Meteorologists anticipate a delightful week ahead, with the pleasant weather being attributed to northerly winds.

The overall weather will remain pleasant, despite the possibility of a slight increase in temperature after a few days, according to Sunil Kamble, Director of IMD Mumbai.

But Tuesday morning's overall AQI of 130 was a blow to the city's air quality, which was made worse by Monday's firecracker celebrations. Deonar gave the air quality a "very poor" rating of 335, but areas with double-digit AQI values, such as Borivali East, Colaba, Vile Parle, and Powai, provided a breath of fresher air.
