Knocksense Shorts | Mumbai Metro to run post-midnight throughout Navratri

From October 15-24, metro services on Line 2A and Line 7 will operate till 12:20 AM

As Mumbaikars delve into the festive spirit of Navratri, MMRDA has announced extended Mumbai Metro services throughout the 10-day festival. From October 15 to October 24, metro services on Line 2A and Line 7 will operate till 12:20 AM in an attempt to facilitate a smooth return of people indulging in Navratri festivities across the city.

Currently, Metro Line 2A and Metro Line 7 in Mumbai operate till 10:20 PM and 10:30 PM, respectively. With these interconnected metro lines running for extended time, the last metro train on the line will begin its 1 hour 13 minutes journey at 12:20 AM, reaching its destination at 1:33 AM.

A total of 14 trips will be added to the Mumbai Metro schedule due to the extended timings, and services will operate every fifteen minutes throughout the Navratri festivities.
