This move signals the company's expansion beyond Thane.

Raymond Realty, the real estate arm of Raymond Group, has announced its debut project in Mumbai's real estate market. Named 'The Address by GS, Bandra,' the project is set in Bandra East, with an estimated development value exceeding ₹2,000 crore and spread across 2.74 acres.

Raymond Group's CEO Harmohan Sahni stated plans to launch the premium 2,3,4 BHK apartments project by fiscal year-end, pending approvals. This move signals the company's expansion beyond Thane, through joint development agreements in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. With connectivity to prime locations like Bandra-Kurla Complex, the Bandra-Worli Sea-Link, and diverse amenities, including a 16,000 sqft clubhouse, the project aims to redefine luxury living.

Raymond Group's Chairman and Managing Director expressed the project's significance, highlighting its location and amenities. CEO Sahni also outlined ambitious growth targets, emphasising focus on the MMR. The company continues its Thane projects, aiming for a substantial revenue stream of close to ₹25,000 crore.
