Makers of 'Burj Khalifa' enter Mumbai Metropolitan Region with "ultra-luxury" villa project

Emaar India, the Indian entity of Dubai-based major 'Emaar' known for constructing Burj Khalifa, are poised to enter the Maharashtra real estate market. The realty giant will soon launch its first ultra-luxury villa project in Alibag, The Casa Venero, offering 84 exquisite villas.

Notably, Emaar India has already announced plans to invest up to ₹2,000 crore in India over the next seven years. Furthermore, the company has already made a mark in cities like Gurugram, Lucknow, Mohali, Indore, Jaipur, and Hyderabad.

However, The Casa Venero will be Emaar India's first foray into the Maharashtra market.
