MakeX World Robotics Championship 2024 | Mumbai to host India’s brightest innovators this October

The event will attract over 1,500 young innovators from 300 top schools nationwide.

The MakeX World Robotics Championship (MWRC) India Chapter is set to dazzle Mumbai from October 19-20, 2024. Hosted by Makebot, this prestigious event will bring together over 1,500 participants from 300 schools across India to compete in cutting-edge robotics challenges at Kanakia International School Auditorium.

Reema Deshkar, National Coordinator, announced that 100 teams will be shortlisted during nationals to represent India at global competitions in Vietnam and China later this year. Schools are showing great enthusiasm, with more than 200 already registered. Young innovators aged 6 to 16 will undergo coding, AI, and robotics tests, followed by training to gear up for the event.

This championship will showcase India’s brightest minds while fostering global collaboration in the robotics space.
