Marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Bandra gets new 'One-stop Breast Clinic'

The Holy Family Hospital in Bandra West launched a dedicated 'One-Stop Breast Clinic' on Wednesday, October 9. The inauguration of the clinic also marks the ongoing Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Furthermore, the clinic was inaugurated by Bollywood actress Sameera Reddy, who has been a lifelong women's health advocate.

Clinic to offer the full range of services to patients

Right from pinpoint and timely diagnosis to personalised treatment for each patient, this new breast cancer clinic in Mumbai aims to provide all solutions to patients. The hospital's aim is to boost focus on early detection to curb breast cancer cases in India, which is the most common type of cancer among women in the world.

The inauguration of the clinic was followed by a panel discussion involving medical experts in the field. Preventive measures, specialised care for each patient, and the latest treatment techniques were on the agenda.
