After a gusty July, monsoon break brings a sigh of relief for Mumbaikars. The city is expected to have a partly clouded sky over the next 48 hours. As per Regional Meteorological Center (RMC), Mumbai, light rain in Mumbai and its suburbs is anticipated for the next few days.

Mumbai to experience 2-day monsoon break

According to the IMD GFS model guidance system, Mumbai and Konkan region will likely receive rainfall after August 5 due to the strengthening of low-level westerlies over the west coast. As per the reports, the temperature till August 4 is expected to hover around, 24˚C to 31˚C coupled with humidity between 73% and 88%.

Reportedly, the IMD weather particulars suggest, that the wind speed to touch 18 km/h on August 3, meanwhile, the probable precipitation will near somewhere around 28% to 36%.

As the city is expected to witness a weaker monsoon, it is time for Mumbaikars to enjoy this short break and prepare for the upcoming monsoon thrills. Plan an outing with your friends and family, and visit the local spots to enjoy a fine sunny day.
