As the winter chill begins to dissipate, Mumbaikars should prepare for a steady surge in temperatures. While 2025 is not expected to match the record-breaking heat of 2024, as per experts, the mercury is already climbing. India Meteorological Department (IMD) is set to release a comprehensive summer forecast soon.
For today, IMD predicts a minimum temperature of 22.9°C and a maximum of 28.7°C, with clear skies and dry conditions. Experts advise residents to stay prepared for the warmth that lies ahead.
Looking to tomorrow, Friday, February 14, Mumbai will experience a minimum temperature of 25.6°C and a maximum of 29.6°C. Humidity is forecast to hover around 39%, so it’s advisable to plan your day accordingly, especially since it’s Valentine’s Day. Meanwhile, the air quality index (AQI) in Mumbai stands at 200, indicating poor air quality.
As per reports, a consistent rise in temperatures is expected for the rest of the week, with daytime highs fluctuating between 33°C and 35°C. Clear skies will dominate, allowing the sun to beat down in full force.
