MumbaiHacks, co-organised by TEAM, Logitech, and Made in Mumbai, has entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the 'highest participation in a Generative AI Hackathon'. The event witnessed the registration of 1,460 people, out of the nearly 3,000 applications.

Previously in July 2024, Google Cloud and Formula E had set the record for the largest Generative AI hackathon in London, by enrolling 1,130 participants.

This codefest event in Mumbai was held at ATLAS SkillTech University in BKC on October 25-26, 2024. And its name in GBWR, also cements Mumbai's place as a global tech hub.
