New in BKC | With a range of authentic Mexican fare, Lyla is here to woo foodies in Mumbai

Somya Agarwal

Being a melting pot of some of the best cuisines from around the world, BKC has always been spurred up with exciting restaurants. From Italian to Pan-Asian, North Indian to Thai, it had it all. However, a Mexican food fan was often left disappointed. Well, not anymore!

New in Bandra, Lyla by Chrome Hospitality, is here with authentic Mexican plates, featuring influences from South America and California. And here’s all you need to know about this new restobar in BKC!

Absolutely Spec-TACO-lar!

Celebrating Mexican regional food with a modern presentation, Lyla is known for the innovative dishes it brings to the table. From its menu, Summer Garden Guacamole with tortilla chips (freshly prepared at your table), Ají Lima Churros, Red Snapper Ceviche, Grande Nachos, and traditional Tortas are a must-try. Also, don’t forget to try tacos and tortas when you visit Lyla, it has a whole section dedicated to both.

To wash it all down, take your pick from Lyla's thoughtfully curated cocktail menu, focused on tequilas and mezcals. Moving ahead, end your Mexican journey with a sweet twist of events! Say "hello" to Lyla’s mouth-watering Piña Colada Crème Brûlée, served in a pineapple.

Knock Knock

As you step inside the vibrant space, you'll be welcomed by an expansive wooden-clad island bar. Moving ahead, you‘ll find comfortable and low-seating wooden table and chairs, ideal for capturing picture-perfect moments on Instagram with natural lighting hitting the right spots.

Coming from the power house of Chrome Hospitality, helmed by Pawan Shahri, Dhaval Udeshi and Nikita Shahri – Lyla is a new star to its growing chain. And we are nothing but delighted! Follow Lyla’s Instagram handle for more updates.
