New visa application centre inaugurated in Mumbai, especially to enhance India-Spain travel

The new facility can handle up to 1,000 visa applications per day.

BLS International inaugurated its state-of-the-art Visa Application Centre at Nariman Point, Mumbai, catering to a surge in demand for visas, especially for Spain. The new facility is equipped to process up to 1,000 visa applications daily, for Spain, Slovakia, Egypt, Gambia, Morocco, and South Korea, offering both short-term and long-term visas.

Fernando Heredia Noguer, Spain’s Consul General, highlighted the significance of the centre, emphasising its capability to issue visas within 48 hours for Mumbai applicants, contrasting to the 72 to 96-hour waiting period for Chennai applicants.

Shikhar Aggarwal, JMD of BLS International, highlighted Spain's popularity among Indian travellers and the centre's readiness to meet growing demands. The new centre features advanced technology, including biometric enrollment and document verification systems, alongside a premium lounge for a superior customer experience.
