Tata Starbucks launches direct delivery service through mobile app in Mumbai!

Coffee on the go.

Somya Agarwal

Tata Starbucks has rolled out a new way to get your beloved Starbie coffee delivered right to your doorstep! The coffee giant has launched a pilot direct delivery service, available exclusively through the Starbucks mobile app. It is currently limited to 10 stores in Mumbai suburbs, namely Andheri East and West, Vile Parle East and Juhu.

How to order Starbucks at home?

Just choose your nearest Starbucks via the app! That particular outlet will whip up your order, ready for delivery. Orders below ₹500 will incur a delivery charge of ₹100, plus a packaging fee of ₹19. There is also a cap on your order value at ₹4,000.

Before this move, Tata Starbucks had teamed up with delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. However, back in 2020, they introduced an ‘order and pay ahead’ feature, letting customers pick up their drinks from nearby stores. This new direct delivery service now puts Tata Starbucks on par with other quick-service brands like Domino’s and McDonald’s.
