WhatsApp-based ticketing service launched for Mumbai Metro Lines 2A and 7

The Maha Mumbai Metro Operations Corporation Limited (MMOCL) announced the launch of a WhatsApp-based ticketing service on Friday. This service will allow passengers taking the Mumbai Metro Lines 2A and 7 to book tickets directly through WhatsApp.

Here's how you can book your tickets:

Through this new ticketing service, passengers can buy tickets in two ways, which are as follows:

  • Send 'Hi' to the dedicated WhatsApp number 8652635500

  • Scan the QR code displayed at the metro stations and book your tickets through a conversational interface

This new online ticketing service for Mumbai Metro will make the process convenient for passengers and reduce the long queues at ticketing counters.
