The countdown to the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 has begun, with tickets now available for fans eager to witness the action live. Matches will be hosted across four stadiums in India, ACA Stadium (Guwahati), Holkar Stadium (Indore), ACA-VDCA Stadium (Visakhapatnam), and DY Patil Stadium (Navi Mumbai), along with the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
The tournament kicks off on September 30 with India facing Sri Lanka in Guwahati. Defending champions Australia will begin their campaign on October 1, with the group stage culminating in India’s high-stakes clash against Pakistan on October 5 in Colombo.
A total of 28 group matches will be played in a round-robin format, with the top four teams advancing to the semi-finals. The final is scheduled for November 2, to be hosted in either Navi Mumbai or Colombo.
The 2025 edition promises thrilling competition, with increased prize money of $13.88 million, a 297% rise from 2022. Fans can also catch the tournament via multiple broadcasters, including ICC.tv.
