Raskha-Bandhan is on its way and our siblings and other rakhi recipients are becoming restless with excitement with each passing day, thinking about their upcoming gifts! Of course, the joy of exchanging gifts is something which fills us with warmth but somewhere down the line, worries encroach upon us too!

What could be a suitable gift? What would they love absolutely? What can never go wrong? How far do I have to go?

The answer to all our questions lie in tradition and the answer is, *drum-rolls please* DESSERTS! A box loaded with sweets or fancy-schmancy desserts can never go wrong and will always tie relationships together, with its sweetness, literally and figuratively. Heeding to our needs, is the famous and absolutely adored, The Hazelnut Factory, which has had our backs in situations like these since its inception in February, 2019!

The Hazelnut Factory in Lucknow, has become synonymous to a premier dessert parlour in the city and it is unequivocally, a fetching cafe cum bakery which has been obliging to the needs of our dessert cravin’ souls!

If there’s a festival close-by, laddoos are always our first pick and THF offers interesting variants of this good ol’ delicacy! So if you’re feeling adventurous, pick from the French Laddoo, Cranberry Laddoo, Mango White Chocolate Laddoo or just buy ‘em all! It’s Raksha-Bandhan after all.

The Kaju Barfis and of course, the hot-selling Pista Barfis are a must-try amidst the divergent options of sweets available here and you can never go wrong with any. But if you’re trying to look for other fun options, then opt for their Baklava because we swear by them and so do other dessertarians.

THF has amped-up these basic Indian sweets with their culinary twists and they’ve hit the bull’s eye! We’ve been binging on these at every chance we get and honestly, even our double chins and expanding waist-lines can’t stop us from obsessing over this joint.

THF has also introduced oh-so-pretty pastel gift boxes for such festive days and the delicate yet durable packaging, will keep the receivers confused about what do they love more- the dabba or the mithai! Being an Indian, we’re sure that these dabbas aren’t gonna leave the vicinity of our houses because they’re so alluring, it’d be forever stored on a shelf.

Washed in pastel blue with checkered floors, THF chases away our blues with their premier range of desserts within a pocket-friendly range! So if you’re looking to gift not-the-regular mithais on this festive day, look no further.

Lucknow's most loved hangout place is also also coming up with two more outlets, one in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar. Their third outlet will open in the last quarter of 2019 but they are yet to disclose the location.
