E-retail stores are providing a contactless shopping experience that aligns with the covid safety protocols.

Holding the current pandemic in view, e-commerce stores across Lucknow have stepped up to alleviate the stress caused due to it in procuring essential items. Adjusting in accordance with the new normal, the city-based e-retail stores have started catering to the needs of their customers by ensuring safe home delivery of quality essentials at fair prices.

This effort on the part of the online grocery shops, like The Sky Store in Lucknow and others, is ensuring the safety of city dwellers by providing them with a contactless shopping experience that aligns with the covid safety protocols.

Online stores catering to changed consumer behaviour

In light of the current circumstances, a quick shift from offline to online shopping has been observed. Consequently, the retail stores of Lucknow have made great advancements in adjusting to the changed consumer behaviour. The delivery systems offered by online retailers are reducing contact transmission, by ensuring that the least number of people are involved in handling the items purchased.

Although people opted for shopping essentials in-person before the pandemic hit us, contactless shopping of these items will now be the preferred mode, even after the situation gets better. This is because customers have now realised that procuring these items online is a better option, for it saves time and energy and cuts back on unnecessary travelling.
